The directive is issued based on clause 12 of § 11 of the Statutes, subsection 134 (4) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and clause 6 (2) 11) of Regulation No 144 of 5 May 2020 of the Government of the Republic “Occupational safety and health requirements for the working environment affected by biological risk factors”.
