Based on clause 9) of § 9 of the Statutes of Tallinn University of Technology and subsection 2 (2) of the Requirements for the Admission to the First and Second Level of Studies at Tallinn University of Technology,
the Senate DECIDED:
1. To approve the terms and conditions of the competition for applying for bachelor’s, integrated and professional higher education studies and the thresholds and quotas for admission in the 2025/2026 academic year (Annex 1).
2. To approve the education requirements, the terms and conditions of the competition for applying for master’s studies and the thresholds and quotas for admission in the 2025/2026 academic year (Annex 2);
3. To establish 15 student places for athletes who have achieved outstanding sports results.
4. Citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus who cannot apply for a long-stay visa or residence permit for study purposes in accordance with current regulations, or who do not have a valid legal basis to stay in Estonia for the full nominal duration of study of their study programme, are ineligible to apply.
5. To establish four student places in the bachelor’s programme Cyber Security Engineering at the School of Information Technologies and two student places in the bachelor’s programme Integrated Engineering at the School of Engineering funded by tuition fee waiver scholarship covered by targeted support for full-time international students with Ukrainian citizenship who have achieved the best results in meeting the admission requirements for the 2025/2026 academic year, as determined by the admission committee and in accordance with § 14 of the Academic Policies.
6. The decision shall enter into force upon signature.
