Pursuant to subsection 2 (2) of Regulation No 1 of\u00a0 15 February 2022 of the Senate of Tallinn University of Technology \u201cRequirements for the Admission to the First and Second Level of Studies at Tallinn University of Technology\u201d,<\/p>\n

1. I hereby establish the admission calendar for first- and second-level studies in the academic year 2027\/2028 as follows:<\/p>\n

Submission of applications and other documents required for admission by foreign nationals to study programmes taught in English via the international student admission information system DreamApply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1 February \u2013 22 March<\/td>\nby third-country nationals<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1 February \u2013 1 May<\/td>\nby the citizens of the OECD member states, Ukraine and Georgia and third-country nationals, who have a legal basis for staying in Estonia<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1 February \u2013 1 June<\/td>\nby the citizens of the EU\/EEA and Switzerland<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1 February \u2013 1 August<\/td>\nto study programmes of the School of Business and Governance by the citizens of Finland, Latvia and Lithuania<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Admission tests for foreign nationals applying via DreamApply will take place during the admission period by agreement with the programme director.<\/p>\n

Submission of applications and other documents required for admission by permanent residents of Estonia and by foreign nationals to study programmes taught in Estonian:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

1 March\u2013 28 June at 12.00 (midday)<\/td>\nregistration for the mathematics and Estonian language admission tests for applicants to first-level studies<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5. \u2013 11 April<\/td>\nfirst period of admission tests; registration in the admission information system SAIS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
10. \u2013 16 May<\/td>\nsecond period of admission tests; registration in the admission information system SAIS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
28 June<\/td>\nmathematics counselling for applicants who have registered for the admission test by the deadline<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
29 June<\/td>\nadmission test in mathematics for applicants who have registered for the admission test by the deadline<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
30 June<\/td>\nadmission test in the Estonian language for applicants who have registered for the admission test by the deadline<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7. \u2013 11 July<\/td>\nthird period of admission tests; registration in the admission information system SAIS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Receiving and confirming an offer of a study place*, matriculation, the pre-week<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1 February \u2013 15 August<\/td>\nstudy places are offered to international applicants who have applied via DreamApply and meet the requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1 March \u2013 12 July<\/td>\nin study programmes with threshold-based admission, study places are offered to applicants who have applied via SAIS and meet the requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7. \u2013 12 July<\/td>\nin study programmes with admission limits, study places are first offered to applicants who have applied via SAIS and meet the requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
12 July<\/td>\ndeadline for applicants entitled to a free study place to confirm exmatriculation from a previous free study place in order to receive an offer of a free study place<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
14 July<\/td>\ndeadline for applicants who have been offered a study place via SAIS before 14 July to confirm their study place<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
13 August<\/td>\ndeadline for offering study places to applicants who have applied via SAIS and meet the requirements, for filling vacant study places in study programmes with admission limits**<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
15 August<\/td>\ndeadline for applicants entitled to a free study place to confirm exmatriculation from a previous free study place in order to be matriculated to a free study place<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

20 August<\/td>\ndeadline for international applicants who applied via DreamApply to confirm their study place<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
23 August<\/td>\nbeginning of the pre-week (incl. introductory lectures on TalTech and academic policies) for students admitted to daytime studies in bachelor\u2019s, integrated and professional higher education programmes for the 2027\/2028 academic year<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

*If graduation from an educational institution abroad takes place after 5 July 2027, an applicant who has submitted an application and the required documents by the deadline and whose application status in the admission information system SAIS is \u201cconditional admission\u201d will be offered a study place on the basis of the submitted graduation certificate and recognition by the ENIC\/NARIC Centre until 13 August 2027.<\/em>
\n**An applicant who has been offered a study place must confirm it by the deadline indicated in the notification sent via SAIS.<\/em><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span>
\n***Matriculation of international applicants to study programmes taught in English takes place until the deadline for submission of the semester\u2019s individual study plan or, based on the dean\u2019s decision, until 15 September, except for the MVGN study programme, for which matriculation may take place until 30 September.<\/em><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Additional admission to the Entrepreneurial Management MBA study programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
23 \u2013 31 August<\/td>\nsubmission of applications and other documents* required for admission by citizens of Finland, Latvia and Lithuania via the international students admission information system DreamApply, and by permanent residents of Estonia via the admission information system SAIS<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
