To approve the admission requirements for bachelor\u2019s, integrated, professional higher education programmes and the admission thresholds and quotas for the 2026\/2027 academic year (<a href=\"https:\/\/oigusaktid.taltech.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/TT_I-ja-II-korgharidusastme-uliopilaste-2026-2027.-oa-vastuvotutingimused_Lisa_1_VV_tingimused_2026_2027-EN.xlsx\">Annex 1<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>2. To approve the education requirements, admission requirements for master\u2019s study and the admission thresholds and quotas in the 2026\/2027 academic year (<a href=\"https:\/\/oigusaktid.taltech.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/TT_I-ja-II-korgharidusastme-uliopilaste-2026-2027.-oa-vastuvotutingimused_Lisa_2_VV_tingimused_2026_2027-EN.xlsx\">Annex 2<\/a>);<\/p>\n<p>3. To establish 15 student places for athletes who have achieved outstanding sports results.<\/p>\n<p>4. Citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus who cannot apply for a long-stay visa or residence permit for study purposes in accordance with current regulations, or who do not have a valid legal basis to reside in Estonia for the entire nominal duration of their study programme, are ineligible to apply.<\/p>\n<p>5.
