Admission Requirements for I and II Level Higher Education Students in the 2026/2027 Academic Year

Based on clause 9 of § 9 of the Statutes of Tallinn University of Technology and subsection 2 (3) of the Requirements for the Admission to the First and Second Level of Studies at Tallinn University of Technology,

the Senate DECIDED:

1. To approve the admission requirements for bachelor’s, integrated, professional higher education programmes and the admission thresholds and quotas for the 2026/2027 academic year (Annex 1).

2. To approve the education requirements, admission requirements for master’s study and the admission thresholds and quotas in the 2026/2027 academic year (Annex 2);

3. To establish 15 student places for athletes who have achieved outstanding sports results.

4. Citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus who cannot apply for a long-stay visa or residence permit for study purposes in accordance with current regulations, or who do not have a valid legal basis to reside in Estonia for the entire nominal duration of their study programme, are ineligible to apply.

5. The decision shall enter into force upon signature.
